Q: When will my order ship?
A: Orders are generally shipped out within 1-2 business days of purchase provided that they are purchased Monday through Friday before 2 p.m.


Q: How long will the shipping take?
A: Standard shipping within the USA generally takes 3-4 business days. International standard shipping can take anywhere from 1-4 weeks. Please allow enough time for your order to ship if you are planning a trip. If you need a faster shipping time please contact us at info.micbergsma@gmail.com to arrange this. Please remember it takes 1-2 business days to process your order so plan ahead to give enough notice.


Q: My package looks like it is stuck in Los Angeles or Chicago… Why?
A: There is no tracking information available (with standard shipping) after a package has left the USA until it arrives at the destination, which is why it looks like it is stuck in Los Angeles or Chicago.


Q: What will customs/VAT/taxes cost me?
A: These charges vary by country. We are unable to keep track of those charges, and the charges are not paid by MicBergsma LLC. Those charges are the responsibility of the purchaser. We reccomend researching any of these charges you may have to pay in your country before ordering. ** If you refuse the package and it is sent back to us, a refund will not be granted until the package comes back.  Please keep in mind this may take several weeks to months. Any charges incurred from the return of the package plus a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your return.


Q: How much is shipping to my country?
A: Standard shipping within the US is $4. Standard international shipping is $17. Please email us if you need faster than standard shipping.


Q: Do you ship to my country?
A: Please add items that you are wanting to purchase to the cart and fill in the fields to purchase with your address information. You can do all of this to estimate shipping and taxes without actually giving payment information. If we ship to that country, then you will be able to put in your address. If not, please email us at info.micbergsma@gmail.com and we can see about shipping there. As of this time we do not ship to Brazil or Russia.


Q: Can ¬†you mark my order as a ‘gift’?
A: We cannot mark as a gift on the customs form as this will jeopardize our trust with customs and our ability to ship internationally.


Q: What is your return policy?
A: You have 14 days from receipt to return with invoice and package unopened. Please see our Terms & Conditions page for further details and procedure. Sale items are final sale.
