Sale items are final sale. If you are not satisfied with your purchase from you can return it within 30 days of receipt. The product must be in original packaging and unopened. Your satisfaction is very important to us, please follow the procedure below to ensure that you are properly credited for your return. We do not refund shipping cost. Your card will be credited upon receipt of the returned merchandise.

1. Click the “Contact Us” link at the top of the main page then request a Return Merchandise Authorization ( RMA ) number. We will assign the RMA to help us track your package and quickly obtain your refund.

2. Be sure to clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package so that it is properly routed to our refund department. Items must received by within 14 days from when we issue the RMA number for a refund.

3. We are not responsible for any duties/taxes/tariffs. We are unable to keep track of those charges, and the charges are not paid by MicBergsma LLC. Those charges are the responsibility of the purchaser. We reccomend researching any of these charges you may have to pay in your country before ordering. ** If you refuse the package and it is sent back to us, a refund will not be granted until the package comes back. Please keep in mind this may take several weeks to months. Any charges incurred from the return of the package plus a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your return. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have been refused and shipped back to us.

4. We cannot control how long it takes customs to process an international order. Please allow ample time for your package to arrive if you are leaving on a trip or need your product for a specific event.

5. We cannot mark as a gift on the customs form as this will jeopardize our trust with customs and our ability to ship internationally.

6. If a package is returned to us because it was refused/unclaimed for any reason or a delivery attempt was made but not coordinated from the buyer to correct the issue, the buyer is responsible for any charges incurred for the package to arrive back to us and/or to be shipped again. No refund is granted until the package is returned, and shipping charges will be deducted from the return. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages that are returned to us.

7. We do not do price adjustments for previously purchased items.

8. For orders over $100, signature may be required to receive the package.
